Founder
Netta Jenkins is the founder of Holistic Inclusion Consulting, CEO of a tech company, and a two-time published author with Wiley, including Supercharged Teams: How Every Manager Can Create a Culture of Excellence and The Inclusive Organization. With over 15 years of experience advising corporations and coaching managers and their teams, Netta is a recognized thought leader with a LinkedIn audience of over 230,000. Her expertise has been featured in The Washington Post, Forbes, Fortune, McKinsey, and Gartner. In 2022, she delivered a TEDx talk, Reimagining the Workplace, showcasing her innovative approach to fostering inclusive and high-performing work cultures of excellence.
Her influence spans globally, with speaking engagements in the Netherlands, Ghana, and Turkey. Netta has collaborated with leaders like Marc Lore, former CEO of Walmart, and Preet Bharara, former U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. In 2021, CIO Views named her one of the Top 10 Most Influential Black Women in Business to Follow. She also served on the advisory board for Betterment and was Vice President of Global Inclusion at IAC/InterActiveCorp. Outside of her work at Aerodei, she consults executives and entrepreneurs on the app Intro. Netta currently resides on the East Coast.
